All of our packages are shipped fully tracked and designed to fit through your letterbox, so you'll never miss a delivery nor need to collect your package.
How much is UK delivery?
- STANDARD TRACKED DELIVERY - £2.95
- This is a tracked 48 service from Royal Mail. This is a fully tracked service and aims to deliver your order within 2-4 working days of being collected from us. Please allow up to 14 working days for your standard delivery packages to arrive.
- This service is free on orders over £40
- 1-2 DAY TRACKED DELIVERY - £4.95
- This is a tracked 24 service Royal Mail. This is a fully tracked service and aims to deliver your order within 1-2 working days of being collected from us. This is an estimated, and not guaranteed delivery timeframe. Please note orders must be placed by 12PM to be shipped same day. Please allow up to 7 working days for tracked packages to arrive. Orders placed after 12PM on Friday will be shipped on the next working day.
- NEXT DAY DELIVERY - £7.95
- This service is Royal Mail special delivery, guaranteed to arrive the next day* when orders are placed before 1PM. Orders placed after 1PM may be dispatched the following working day. Orders placed after 12PM on Friday will be shipped on the next working day.
- Orders containing multipack jewellery sets do not qualify for same day dispatch.
- *exceptions may apply to some postcodes, including HS2, IM, JE, PA60, PA75, PA78, ZE2, ZE3, KW16, KW17 & PH30

How can I track my delivery?

Has my order been dispatched yet?
- When we dispatch your email a shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email, this will quote what item(s) have been shipped and a tracking number if applicable. We aim to ship all orders within 2 working days
- We do not ship during on weekends or during Bank Holidays. Your order will be shipped on the first available business day following the bank holiday.
What if my order has not arrived?
