Lost an earring back? No worries - we've got spares! This butterfly back is made from surgical grade steel and will fit any 20 gauge earring post. 316L surgical grade steel is a corrosion resistant, hypoallergenic material, which is less likely to cause reactions in people with sensitive skin.
