16 Gauge Crystal Tiara Helix Cuff
This elegant 16 gauge helix cuff looks like it could have come straight out of a royal collection! It's made with a 16 gauge surgical grade stainless steel straight barbell with 3MM ball ends. It features a filigree embellishment shaped like a tiara that will wrap around your ear. Suitable for helix piercings. It's available in a choice of three colours.
